Gabi Varga is a Trauma-Informed Personal Trainer. She's been a fitness coach for 21 years. She started her journey as a group fitness instructor in her home country, Hungary. She continued that path in Montreal, later she became a personal trainer after moving to her current city, Vancouver.
Her own experience with being in emotionally abusive relationships, and obsessive exercise put her on the trauma-informed path and decided to pivot her angle and help people who need a more gentle approach to movement.
Her love for somatics led her to discover a fitness approach that builds both emotional and physical resilience.
She helps people to become better connected to their bodies and they recognize that, a safe space, autonomy, and supportive environment that may be the missing piece for many.
